Sometimes, your firestick will simply freeze or stop working. This is usually caused by a software issue and resetting the firestick by reinstalling the operating software would fix the stick.

How To Reset a FireStick that Isn’t Working.
STEP 1 – Turn on your TV and Firestick
STEP 2 – Press and hold the BACK button and the RIGHT directional button down simultaneously for about 10 seconds
STEP 3 – Click RESET when you see the pop-up message on your screen.
STEP 4 – Now, you simply have to wait for the reset to be complete. DO NOT unplug the device at any point during this process.
