Simply follow the below steps:
To create an account with an email you have used before on Amazon, please follow the steps below, using a browser on your desktop or tablet device:
1. Visit http://www.amazon.co.uk and go to the top of the page where you will see the option for “Hello, Sign in Account & Lists”
2. Click on the option “New customer? Start here.” You will then need to enter your e-mail address.
3. You will be advised that there is already an Amazon account with the e-mail
4. Under “New to Amazon.co.uk?” , select “Create a new account with this email address”
5. The page displayed will advise that the email address entered is already in use for an existing Amazon account. Click on the ‘Create a new account with this e-mail address’ option.
6. On the pop-up that appears, click on ‘create new account anyway’.
7. On the next screen you will be asked to enter your account information such as your name and e-mail address and to create a new password for the new account.
8. Click the “Create account” button.
